Installation Troubleshooting
If youre having trouble installing FREQ-2 with your Native Access App, please make sure your Native Access app is up to date and follow these steps below:
1. Enter the serial code provided in your confirmation email.
2. Refresh your libraries using the button in the top-right corner of Native Access.

3. Locate FREQ-2 in your library list and click Install.

FL Studio Troubleshooting
Some FL Studio users may experience crashes when using the Randomizer function. To minimize this issue, please try the steps below. Note: this appears to be an FL Studio-related issue, and we recommend contacting their support team if the problem continues.
Fix 1:

Open Kontakt

Go to Plugin Options

Under the Troubleshooting section, enable:

Use fixed size buffers
-
Process maximum size buffers
4. Turn OFF “Allow threaded processing” for Kontakt
5. Switch Kontakt’s multiprocessor settings
Inside Kontakt:

Go to Options > Engine
-
Under Multiprocessor Support, try:

❌ Turning it OFF entirely
-
✅ Or limiting to 1 or 2 cores
6. Keep PDC off in your Kontakt plugin wrapper if you’re not using high-latency effects.
If you're using a 12th gen intel processors or later, disable efficiency cores in your BIOS.
